तस्यैव चापरं पार्श्वं विपरीतं तु युक्तितः । कटीपार्श्वभुजांसैश्चाभ्युन्नतैरुतं भवेत् ॥ २३८॥
The opposite side of the same is raised in relation to it, with the waist, side, and arms raised by the shoulders in an elevated position.
english translation
tasyaiva cAparaM pArzvaM viparItaM tu yuktitaH । kaTIpArzvabhujAMsaizcAbhyunnatairutaM bhavet ॥ 238॥
