यत्र व्यग्रावुभौ हस्तौ तत्तद् दृष्टिविलोकनैः । वाचकाभिनयं कुर्याद्विरामैर्थदर्शकैः ॥ १८१॥
When both hands are agitated, the actor should perform the vocal expression of the scene with pauses and indicate the purpose through the gaze and eye movements.

yatra vyagrAvubhau hastau tattad dRSTivilokanaiH । vAcakAbhinayaM kuryAdvirAmairthadarzakaiH ॥ 181॥

The two Kaṭakāmukha hands are held at a distance of eight Aṅgulīs from the chest, facing forward. These are known as Caturasra when their palms are parallel and their fingers are in a similar position.
