यत्र व्यग्रावुभौ हस्तौ तत्तद् दृष्टिविलोकनैः । वाचकाभिनयं कुर्याद्विरामैर्थदर्शकैः ॥ १८१॥

The two Kaṭakāmukha hands are held at a distance of eight Aṅgulīs from the chest, facing forward. These are known as Caturasra when their palms are parallel and their fingers are in a similar position.
