वामवेधस्तु तत्रापि विक्षेपो दक्षिणस्य तु । जर्जरग्रहणाद्योऽयं कुतपाभिमुखान्तकः ॥ ८४॥
The left-sided piercing is followed by the right-sided distraction. This one, who is about to be seized by the jarjara, is facing the fire of the musical instruments.

vAmavedhastu tatrApi vikSepo dakSiNasya tu । jarjaragrahaNAdyo'yaM kutapAbhimukhAntakaH ॥ 84॥
