नूपुर्श्च तथा पादः करण्E नूपुरे न्यसेत् । रेचितौ हस्तपादौ च कटी ग्रीवा च रेचिता ॥ ९७॥
Nūpura—the Trika to be gracefully turned round, [in the Bhramarī Cārī] the two hands to show respectively Latā and Recita gestures, and the Nūpurapāda Cārī with the feet.
