नूपुर्श्च तथा पादः करण्E नूपुरे न्यसेत् । रेचितौ हस्तपादौ च कटी ग्रीवा च रेचिता ॥ ९७॥

Nūpura—the Trika to be gracefully turned round, ॥ in the Bhramarī Cārī॥ the two hands to show respectively Latā and Recita gestures, and the Nūpurapāda Cārī with the feet.

english translation

nUpurzca tathA pAdaH karaNE nUpure nyaset । recitau hastapAdau ca kaTI grIvA ca recitA ॥ 97॥
