ऊर्ध्वजानुक्रमं कुर्यादलातकमिति स्मृतम् । स्वस्तिकापसृतः पादः करौ नाभिकटिस्थितौ ॥ ७९॥
Alāta—after making Alāta Cārī taking down hand from [the level of] the shoulder, then making Ūrdhvajānu Cārī.
