कुर्यादुद्वेष्टितं चैव ह्यर्धसूचीं तथैव च । विक्षिप्तं सकटिच्छिन्नमुद्वृत्ताक्षिप्तके तथा ॥ २४४॥

One should perform the upward twist and the half-needle, as well as the scattered and waist-cut-off, and the upward-thrown hand.

kuryAdudveSTitaM caiva hyardhasUcIM tathaiva ca । vikSiptaM sakaTicchinnamudvRttAkSiptake tathA ॥ 244॥
