उद्वृत्ताक्षिप्तके चैव ह्युरोमण्डलमेव च । नितम्बं करिहस्तं च कटिच्छिन्नं तथैव च ॥ २३९॥
The upward-thrown and downward-thrown gestures, along with the chest circle, the hip, the elephant hand, and the waist cut-off, should also be performed.
