कपोलस्य प्रदेशे तु कार्यं सम्यङ्निकुञ्चितम् अपविद्धं द्रुतं चैव तलसंस्फोटसंयुतम् ॥ २०७॥
The hand should be properly bent near the region of the cheek, then swiftly thrown outward, accompanied by the motion called Talasaṃsphoṭa.
