अञ्चितश्चरणश्चैव प्रयोज्यः करिहस्तके । एकस्तु रेचितो हस्तो लताख्यस्तु तथा परः ॥ १४८॥

sanskrit

Krihasta—the left hand is to be placed on the chest, the palm of the other hand to be made Prodveṣṭita-tala, the feet to be Añcita.

english translation

aJcitazcaraNazcaiva prayojyaH karihastake । ekastu recito hasto latAkhyastu tathA paraH ॥ 148॥
