यान्यङ्गानि कलाश्चैव गीतकान्तर्गतानि तु । तानि छन्दोगतैर्वृत्तैर्विभाव्यन्ते ध्रुवास्वथ ॥ १४॥
The limbs and the measures that are included within songs are to be represented in the Dhruvās through metres corresponding to them.
english translation
yAnyaGgAni kalAzcaiva gItakAntargatAni tu । tAni chandogatairvRttairvibhAvyante dhruvAsvatha ॥ 14॥
