तालो नवविधश्चायं समासात्परिकीर्तितः । तत्र चालाप(चात्माथ)निष्क्रामौ विक्षेपोऽथ प्रवेशनम् ॥ ३०॥

This Tāla is said to be of nine kinds in summary. Among them are Āvāpa, Niṣkrāma, Vikṣepa, and Praveśa.
