गुर्वक्षरेषु ये पाताः शम्यातालदयः स्मृताः । त एव पादभागेषु द्विकलेष्वत्र योजयेत् ॥ २२३॥
The Pātas such as Śamyā and Tāla etc., which have been prescribed in case of heavy syllables, should be used in the Padabhāga of two Kalās.
