स्थानभ्रष्टं तु यो दद्याद्बलिमुद्विग्नमानसः । मन्त्रहीनो यथा होता प्रायश्चित्ती भवेत्तु सः ॥ १०१॥

He who offers the oblation with a disturbed mind and without proper authority, like a priest who lacks the correct mantras, will incur a sin and must perform a penance.

english translation

sthAnabhraSTaM tu yo dadyAdbalimudvignamAnasaH । mantrahIno yathA hotA prAyazcittI bhavettu saH ॥ 101॥
