सर्वशुक्लो विधिः कार्यो दद्यात्पायसमेव च । ततश्च क्षत्रियस्तम्भे वस्त्रमाल्यानुलेपनम् ॥ ४७॥
The procedure for all the pillars (sarvashuklo vidhiḥ) should be done with purity. For the consecration of the Kshatriya pillar (kṣatriya-stambhe), one should offer a mixture of clothing (vastra) and garlands (mālya) along with anointment (ulepanam).
english translation
sarvazuklo vidhiH kAryo dadyAtpAyasameva ca । tatazca kSatriyastambhe vastramAlyAnulepanam ॥ 47॥
