उरुद्वृत्तः स एव स्याद्वामश्चैवापसर्पितः । कार्यस्त्रिकविवर्त्तश्च दक्षिणः स्पन्दितो भवेत् ॥ ४८॥

The movement should be performed in the shape of a circular motion with the waist. The left side should retreat, and the movement of the triangle should be executed, with the right side performing a vibrating motion.

urudvRttaH sa eva syAdvAmazcaivApasarpitaH | kAryastrikavivarttazca dakSiNaH spandito bhavet || 48||
