अपूजयित्वा रङ्गं तु यः प्रेक्षां कल्पयिष्यति । निष्फलं तस्य तत् ज्ञानं तिर्यग्योनिं च यास्यति ॥ १२३॥

sanskrit

"One who sets up the stage for the performance without first completing the worship, the knowledge gained by such a person will be fruitless, and they will fall into the cycle of lower births (tiryagyoni)."

english translation

apUjayitvA raGgaM tu yaH prekSAM kalpayiSyati । niSphalaM tasya tat jJAnaM tiryagyoniM ca yAsyati ॥ 123॥
