नान्यस्मिन् विधवा नारी नियोक्तव्या द्विजातिभिः । अन्यस्मिन् हि नियुञ्जाना धर्मं हन्युः सनातनम् ॥ ६४ ॥

sanskrit

By twice-born men a widow must not be appointed to (cohabit with) any other (than her husband); for they who appoint (her) to another (man), will violate the eternal law.

english translation

nAnyasmin vidhavA nArI niyoktavyA dvijAtibhiH | anyasmin hi niyuJjAnA dharmaM hanyuH sanAtanam || 64 ||
