एतद् वः सारफल्गुत्वं बीजयोन्योः प्रकीर्तितम् । अतः परं प्रवक्ष्यामि योषितां धर्ममापदि ॥ ५६ ॥

Thus the comparative importance of the seed and of the womb has been declared to you; I will next propound the law (applicable) to women in times of misfortune.

english translation

etad vaH sAraphalgutvaM bIjayonyoH prakIrtitam | ataH paraM pravakSyAmi yoSitAM dharmamApadi || 56 ||
