यमो वैवस्वतो देवो यस्तवैष हृदि स्थितः । तेन चेदविवादस्ते मा गङ्गां मा कुरून् गमः ॥ ९२ ॥

sanskrit

’If thou art not at variance with that divine Yama, the son of Vivasvat, who dwells in thy heart, thou needest neither visit the Ganges nor the (land of the) Kurus.

english translation

yamo vaivasvato devo yastavaiSa hRdi sthitaH । tena cedavivAdaste mA gaGgAM mA kurUn gamaH ॥ 92 ॥
