धर्मेण व्यवहारेण छलेनाचरितेन च । प्रयुक्तं साधयेदर्थं पञ्चमेन बलेन च ॥ ४९ ॥
By moral suasion, by suit of law, by artful management, or by the customary proceeding, a creditor may recover property lent; and fifthly, by force.
