यैर्यैरुपायैरर्थं स्वं प्राप्नुयादुत्तमर्णिकः । तैर्तैरुपायैः सङ्गृह्य दापयेदधमर्णिकम् ॥ ४८ ॥
By whatever means a creditor may be able to obtain possession of his property, even by those means may he force the debtor and make him pay.
