Manusmriti
अगुप्ते क्षत्रियावैश्ये शूद्रां वा ब्राह्मणो व्रजन् । शतानि पञ्च दण्ड्यः स्यात् सहस्रं त्वन्त्यजस्त्रियम् ॥ ३८५ ॥
A Brahmana who approaches unguarded females (of the) Kshatriya or Vaisya (castes), or a Sudra female, shall be fined five hundred (panas); but (for intercourse with) a female (of the) lowest (castes), one thousand.

agupte kSatriyAvaizye zUdrAM vA brAhmaNo vrajan । zatAni paJca daNDyaH syAt sahasraM tvantyajastriyam ॥ 385 ॥
