एतद् दण्डविधिं कुर्याद् धार्मिकः पृथिवीपतिः । ग्रामजातिसमूहेषु समयव्यभिचारिणाम् ॥ २२१ ॥

A righteous king shall apply this law of fines in villages and castes (gati) to those who break an agreement.
