नित्यमुद्यतदण्डस्य कृत्स्नमुद्विजते जगत् । तस्मात् सर्वाणि भूतानि दण्डेनैव प्रसाधयेत् ॥ १०३ ॥

sanskrit

Of him who is always ready to strike, the whole world stands in awe; let him therefore make all creatures subject to himself even by the employment of force.

english translation

nityamudyatadaNDasya kRtsnamudvijate jagat । tasmAt sarvANi bhUtAni daNDenaiva prasAdhayet ॥ 103 ॥
