वर्जयेन् मधु मांसं च भौमानि कवकानि च । भूस्तृणं शिग्रुकं चैव श्लेश्मातकफलानि च ॥ १४ ॥

sanskrit

Let him avoid honey, flesh, and mushrooms growing on the ground (or elsewhere, the vegetables called) Bhustrina, and Sigruka, and the Sleshmantaka fruit.

english translation

varjayen madhu mAMsaM ca bhaumAni kavakAni ca | bhUstRNaM zigrukaM caiva zlezmAtakaphalAni ca || 14 ||
