तेषां तु समवेतानां मान्यौ स्नातकपार्थिवौ । राजस्नातकयोश्चैव स्नातको नृपमानभाक् ॥ १३९ ॥

Among all those, if they meet (at one time), a Snataka and the king must be (most) honoured; and if the king and a Snataka (meet), the latter receives respect from the king.

english translation

teSAM tu samavetAnAM mAnyau snAtakapArthivau । rAjasnAtakayozcaiva snAtako nRpamAnabhAk ॥ 139 ॥
