तापसा यतयो विप्रा ये च वैमानिका गणाः । नक्षत्राणि च दैत्याश्च प्रथमा सात्त्विकी गतिः ॥ ४८ ॥

sanskrit

Hermits, ascetics, Brahmanas, the crowds of the Vaimanika deities, the lunar mansions, and the Daityas (form) the first (and lowest rank of the) existences caused by Goodness.

english translation

tApasA yatayo viprA ye ca vaimAnikA gaNAH | nakSatrANi ca daityAzca prathamA sAttvikI gatiH || 48 ||
