Manusmriti
दिवाऽनुगच्छेद् गास्तास्तु तिष्ठन्नूर्ध्वं रजः पिबेत् । शुश्रूषित्वा नमस्कृत्य रात्रौ वीरासनं वसेत् ॥ ११० ॥
During the day he shall follow the cows and, standing upright, inhale the dust (raised by their hoofs); at night, after serving and worshipping them, he shall remain in the (posture, called) virasana.
english translation
divA'nugacched gAstAstu tiSThannUrdhvaM rajaH pibet । zuzrUSitvA namaskRtya rAtrau vIrAsanaM vaset ॥ 110 ॥
