आहूतॊ हि परै राजा कषात्र धर्मम अनुस्मरन दीव्यते परकामेन तन नः कीर्तिकरं महत ॥ २-६१-९ ॥
'The king was summoned by the enemy, and, adhering to the Kshatriya code, he played at dice against his will. This, indeed, contributes greatly to our renown.' ॥ 2-61-9 ॥
english translation
AhUtò hi parai rAjA kaSAtra dharmama anusmarana dIvyate parakAmena tana naH kIrtikaraM mahata ॥ 2-61-9 ॥
