न हि दासीत्वम आपन्ना कृष्णा भवति भारत अनीशेन हि राज्ञैषा पणे नयस्तेति मे मतिः ॥ २-५९-४ ॥
'In my judgment, Krishna cannot be reduced to slavery, for she was staked by the king after he had lost control of himself and ceased to be his own master.' ॥ 2-59-4 ॥
english translation
na hi dAsItvama ApannA kRSNA bhavati bhArata anIzena hi rAjJaiSA paNe nayasteti me matiH ॥ 2-59-4 ॥
