परावर्ततैवं यज्ञः स पाण्डवस्य महात्मनः पृथिव्याम एकवीरस्य शक्रस्येव तरिविष्टपे ॥ २-३०-५२ ॥
'Thus began on earth the grand sacrifice of the peerless hero, the illustrious son of Pandu, akin to the divine sacrifice of Sakra (Indra) in the heavens.' ॥ 2-30-52 ॥
english translation
parAvartataivaM yajJaH sa pANDavasya mahAtmanaH pRthivyAma ekavIrasya zakrasyeva tariviSTape ॥ 2-30-52 ॥
