दैन्यं यथाबलवति तथा मॊहॊ बलान्विते ताव उभौ नाशकौ हेतू राज्ञा तयाज्यौ जयार्थिना ॥ २-१५-१३ ॥

sanskrit

'Hence, sometimes an enemy, despite their strength, meets death at the hands of their adversaries. Just as weakness leads to defeat for the feeble, so too can foolishness overcome the strong. A king, therefore, that is desirous of victory, should avoid both these causes of destruction.' ॥ 2-15-13 ॥

english translation

dainyaM yathAbalavati tathA mòhò balAnvite tAva ubhau nAzakau hetU rAjJA tayAjyau jayArthinA ॥ 2-15-13 ॥
