मूर्धाभिषिक्तं नृपतिं परधानपुरुषं बलात आदत्ते न च नॊ दृष्टॊ ऽभागः पुरुषतः कव चित ॥ २-१४-१५ ॥
'Having become the foremost among all, he still attacks kings wearing crowns with violence. There is no king from whom he does not exact tribute.' ॥ 2-14-15 ॥
english translation
mUrdhAbhiSiktaM nRpatiM paradhAnapuruSaM balAta Adatte na ca nò dRSTò 'bhAgaH puruSataH kava cita ॥ 2-14-15 ॥
