For the feast of the genies [Yaksharatri], people stay awake, in the moonlight, as they also do at the spring festival.

समस्याक्रीड़ा-पक्षरात्रि (दीपावली), कौमुदीजागर (सरत्पूर्णिमा) और सुवसन्तक पर्वो पर समस्याक्रीड़ा रखी जाती हैं ॥ २७ ॥
