रात्रिकौमुदीषु च दीपिकासम्बाधे सुरङ्गया वा ।। २६ ।।

As a general rule, access to the palace is easy on the days of full moon and during the festival of lights, or by way of the vaults.

english translation

दीपावली की रात्रि को दीपक लेकर जब अनेक व्यक्ति इधर उधर दौड़ रहे हों तो वैसा ही वेश बनाकर उनमें मिल जाये या सुरंग के मार्ग से चला जाये ॥ २६ ॥
