अष्टमीचन्द्रकौमुदीसुवसन्तकादिषु पत्तनगरखर्वटयोषितामीश्वरभवने सटान्तःपुरिकाभिः प्रायेण क्रीडा ॥ ११ ॥
The amusements that take place at the festivals for the eighth day of the moon, for the full moon of the month of Ashvin [May], at the spring festival, and so on. On these occasions, the women who come to the city market are invited as a group to visit the apartments of the royal palace.

मुख्य अधिकारियों के उपाय- बहुला अष्टमी, कौमुदी महोत्सव, सुवसन्तक आदि बड़े उत्सवों पर राजधानी, नगर और कस्बों की स्वियं राजभवन में अन्तःपुर में रहने वाली स्त्रियों के साथ प्रायः क्रीड़ाएँ करती है ॥ ११ ॥
