ब्रह्मचर्यज्ञानदानमैत्रीकारुण्यहर्षोपेक्षाप्रशमपरश्च स्यादिति ॥२९॥

One should follow the path of brahmacharya (chastity/celibacy), knowledge, charity, friendship, compassion, cheerfulness, detachment and peace.
