गुरुलाघवचिन्तेयंप्रायेणाल्पबलान्प्रति। मन्दक्रियाननारोग्यान्सुकुमारान्सुखोचितान् ॥३४३॥
The consideration of heaviness and lightness of food articles is particularly important for those who are generally weak, indolent, unhealthy, fragile or in a delicate condition of health, and those given to luxury.
