तेषांकट्वम्लसंयोगान् पानकानांपृथक्पृथक्। द्रव्यंमानंचविज्ञायगुणकर्माणिचादिशेत् ॥२८०॥
The qualities and actions of these beverages should be determined by knowing the individual nature of the substances, the quantity used and the combination of pungent and acidic tastes.
