स्विन्नभक्ष्यास्तुयेकिचित्सौप्यगौधूमयाविकाः। भिषक्तेषांयथाद्रव्यमादिशेद्गुरुलाघवम् ॥२६१॥
As regards steamed dishes made out of pulses, wheat and barley, the physician should determine their qualities of heaviness and lightness in accordance with the substances used.
