हिरण्याक्षस्तु नेत्याह न ह्यात्मा रसजः स्मृतः। नातीन्द्रियं मनः सन्ति रोगाः शब्दादिजास्तथा ॥१४॥
॥ The opinion of Hiranyaksha as Shad-dhatuja Purusha (six element theory)॥ After hearing the views of Varyovida, Hiranyaksha said, “No! It is not right. Human beings are born neither from the atman, nor rasa (fluids) nor even the super-sensual mind because there are some diseases caused due to sense objects (such as sound) as well.
