Charak Samhita
नातियोगंनवाऽयोगंस्तम्भितास्तेचकुर्वते। मृदुत्वान्ननिवर्तन्तेयस्यत्वेतेप्रयोजिताः॥२९॥
When fortified (with honey), they do not allow any over-action (atiyoga) or under-action (ayoga). ॥ Management of non eliminated basti॥ There are some bastis which are not eliminated because of their soft nature, so to treat this complication the asthapana-basti prepared by cow’s urine and other ingredients having teekshna (irritant nature) should be given immediately.
