Apathya(Contraindications) during the course of Yapana Bastis: During the course of above mentioned yapana bastis, the patient should avoid vyayama (exercise), maithuna (sexual intercourse), intake of madya and madhu (alcohol and honey), shishirambu (cold water), taking of full meal and jolting by conveyances.
