अर्धश्लोकैरतः सिद्धान् नानाव्याधिषु सर्वशः । बस्तीन् वीर्यसमैर्भागैर्यथार्हालोडनाञ्छृणु॥१८॥
॥ Vata dosha pacifying basti formulations॥ Listen to the comprehensive description of fruitful formulations of basti in different diseases, each one of which is described in half verse as follows: These formulations contain the drugs which are harmonious to each other in potency and proportion and added with suitable drugs as alodana/avapa (drugs which are added later on to the main formulation).
