प्रयोगैः क्षपयेद्वा तान् सुखं वा कोष्ठमानयेत् । ज्ञात्वा कोष्ठप्रपन्नांस्तान् यथासन्नं हरेद्बुधः ॥३९॥
These doshas should be alleviated first by treatment, or they should be carefully be drawn to the koshtha (bowel). After knowing their status in koshtha, the wise physician should eliminate them through the nearest route.
