वातकफप्रबलं यद्यदेकदोषोल्बणं न तत् कृच्छ्रम्। कफपित्त-वातपित्तप्रबलानि तु कृच्छ्रसाध्यानि ॥३८॥
Further vata kapha predominated kushtha and single dosha predominated kushtha are not so difficult to treat. Whereas kapha pitta and vata pitta dominated kushtha are krichchra sadhya i.e. curable, but with efforts.
