दोषे रक्ताश्रिते रक्तं ताम्रं मांससमाश्रिते। श्वेतं मेदःश्रिते श्वित्रं गुरु तच्चोत्तरोत्तरम् ॥१७४॥
It is copper-colored if dosha are seated in mamsa dhatu and whitish in color if located in meda dhatu. The subsequent ones are more difficult to treat than earlier ones.
