मुहुर्मुहुश्च रोगाणामवस्थामातुरस्य च । अवेक्षमाणस्तु भीषक् चिकित्सायां न मुह्यति) ॥३०६॥

That vaidya who keenly observes the status of the patient and status of the disease and then treats the patient never makes a mistake while managing the patient.
