कल्कैर्निम्बपटोलानां क्वाथैः सलवणैर्वमेत् । सम्यग्वान्तां यथान्यायं कृतसंसर्जनां ततः ॥२५३॥
mixed in the decoction of nimba and patola should be given to the wet nurse for the emesis. After proper emesis, dhatri (wet nurse) should be administered samsarjana kriya (diet as prescribed).
