पिच्छिलं पाण्डुवर्णं च गुरु स्निग्धं च शीतलम् । स्रवत्यसृक् श्लेष्मलं च घनं मन्दरुजाकरम् ॥२१८॥

The menstrual blood flows out as greasy (slimy), pale, heavy, unctuous, cold, mixed with kapha, viscous and with mild pain.
